Revenue Systems Architects for Zoho-Powered Digital Transformation
CloudStream is a Zoho Partner firm for companies that have outgrown duct-tape operations and need Zoho to become a true Revenue Engine — not just a CRM, not just a finance tool, and not a collection of disconnected apps.
We help businesses modernize the systems behind revenue by connecting CRM, finance, ecommerce, analytics, workflow automation, custom applications, and API infrastructure into one cleaner operating layer.
Our work spans Zoho CRM architecture, custom Zoho Creator development, ecommerce integrations, finance operations in Zoho Books and Inventory, analytics through Zoho Analytics and BigQuery, and the business logic that ties it all together.
We are not a reseller trying to close a license deal. We are a systems architecture team brought in when leadership needs cleaner data, stronger visibility, more reliable operations, and a Zoho environment the business can actually trust.
Led by former Principal Solutions Architects and a Director of Economic Development with enterprise experience inside billion-dollar organizations, we bring the same architecture discipline to mid-market Zoho transformation that large operators expect — without the bloat, handoffs, or generic agency playbook.
Zoho Should Become the Operating Layer Behind Revenue
CloudStream believes Zoho should not be treated as a collection of disconnected apps. When designed correctly, it becomes the connected operating layer behind revenue — aligning CRM, finance, ecommerce, reporting, automation, fulfillment, and custom business logic into one system leadership can trust.
Most Zoho failures are not caused by the software. They are caused by weak architecture: unclear data models, fragile automations, disconnected finance logic, poor visibility, and systems built around demos instead of real operations.
CloudStream exists to fix that.
Architecture Before Automation
Automation only works when the underlying data model, process logic, permissions, and ownership structure are clean. We design the system first, then automate.
Revenue Visibility Over Vanity Dashboards
Reports should show operational and financial truth — pipeline, orders, fulfillment, margin, COGS, reconciliation, and executive visibility.
Clean Systems Over Duct-Tape Fixes
We do not stack more workflows on top of broken architecture. We identify the root issue, rebuild the foundation, and make the system easier to trust.
Observable Over Opaque
If your team cannot see what is happening inside Zoho, something is wrong. Logs, validation, alerts, documentation, and reporting are part of the architecture.
Maintainable Over Impressive
The best system is not the flashiest demo. It is the one your team can understand, own, and keep using as the business grows.
Meet the Founders
CloudStream is led by three senior operators who work directly on client systems — not a sales layer handing off to juniors.

Shelly has always been drawn to building things that make work better. Early in her career, she helped develop workforce and technology initiatives focused on creating new opportunities through innovative business programs — an experience that reinforced the value of practical systems and thoughtful problem-solving.
From there, her work naturally evolved into designing software, developing products, and helping organizations use technology to operate more efficiently.
Over the years, Shelly has led CRM and ERP implementations, developed custom business applications and analytics platforms, and worked alongside organizations to transform complex processes into intuitive, scalable solutions. She believes technology should adapt to the way people work—not the other way around.
As CEO of CloudStream Software, Shelly combines hands-on technical expertise with a strategic understanding of business operations. Whether guiding product development, architecting custom solutions, or helping clients modernize their workflows, her focus remains the same: creating software that solves real problems and continues delivering value as organizations grow.

Blake Fausett is one of the Founders and COO of CloudStream Software, where he leads finance application strategy, systems architecture, and implementation delivery for clients with complex operational needs.
Blake specializes in building reliable business systems across Zoho Creator, finance applications, data warehousing, reporting, and custom operational workflows. He is CloudStream's subject matter expert for finance applications and a hands-on RESTful API specialist, with deep experience connecting business-critical systems so data moves cleanly between finance, operations, warehousing, and reporting environments.
Before founding CloudStream, Blake led data engineering work in a high-volume diagnostic laboratory environment, where accuracy, traceability, and operational discipline were essential. That background shapes his approach today: systems should be observable, maintainable, and forced to tell the truth about themselves.
At CloudStream, Blake focuses on helping clients stabilize messy systems, automate manual processes, improve reporting trust, and turn fragmented software stacks into practical business infrastructure.

Jonathan started his career as a CNC machinist, which meant precise work, little room for error, and a deep habit of understanding something fully before touching it. That carried into software, and eventually into CloudStream Software, where he serves as CTO and works directly with businesses that need systems built around how they actually operate.
Over the years he has built business systems and analytics platforms across healthcare, banking, ERP, and operations-heavy industries. At CloudStream, his technical work spans application development, custom front-end interfaces, and API integrations that tie together the systems businesses run on. Complex and regulated environments are where he tends to do his best work, when the details have to be right and the margin for error is low.
What has not changed is how he approaches the work. He wants to understand the problem before he solves it, and he wants the solution to hold up long after the project closes. Clients tend to feel that difference.
Built for Revenue Engines, Not Software Demos
CloudStream does not just configure Zoho apps. We design the operating layer behind revenue — connecting sales, finance, ecommerce, reporting, automation, and custom business logic into systems leadership can actually trust.
Revenue Engine Architecture
We design Zoho around how revenue actually moves through the business — from lead capture and pipeline to orders, fulfillment, finance, reporting, and leadership visibility.
Enterprise Systems Judgment
CloudStream is led by Solutions Architects with deep enterprise experience inside billion-dollar organizations. We bring the same architecture-level thinking to every Zoho cleanup, implementation, and integration.
Finance-to-Operations Visibility
We understand that CRM data, order data, inventory, COGS, margin, reconciliation, and reporting must connect. The goal is not prettier dashboards — it is operational and financial truth.
Integration-First Infrastructure
We design clean data flow between Zoho and the rest of your stack — including Shopify, WooCommerce, QuickBooks, BigQuery, custom APIs, webhooks, and middleware.
Creator & Custom App Modernization
We build and rescue Zoho Creator applications that handle workflows standard Zoho apps cannot — with cleaner logic, better structure, clearer ownership, and long-term maintainability.
Observable, Maintainable Systems
We do not build black boxes. We prioritize logs, validation, alerts, documentation, reporting, and handoff so your team can understand, trust, and own the system.
How We Build Systems That Hold Up
CloudStream does not just configure Zoho. We audit, design, build, observe, and improve the Revenue Engine over time.
Diagnose
We review your Zoho environment, data models, integrations, workflows, and reporting gaps to find what is actually breaking revenue visibility.
Architect
We design the operating layer — source-of-truth rules, process logic, integration paths, and reporting structure before anything gets rebuilt.
Implement
We execute the architecture across CRM, finance, ecommerce, Creator, automation, and integrations with clean handoff standards.
Observe
We add validation, monitoring, documentation, and reporting so the system stays visible — not opaque — after launch.
Optimize
We refine the Revenue Engine as the business evolves — tightening data flow, improving reporting trust, and extending what Zoho can support.
Build a Zoho System You Can Actually Trust
If your CRM, finance, ecommerce, reporting, or automation stack has become difficult to trust, CloudStream can help you diagnose the system, rebuild the architecture, and turn Zoho into a cleaner Revenue Engine.
